Feedback from rider

As last year it was a fantastic day on a bike. The weather helped but the marshals on the course and at the start / finish / feed stations couldn't be more friendly and helpful, took real pride in the event and I'm sure contributed to the friendly atmosphere throughout the day.

A ride I will have in my diary as an annual event. Very well done and thank you to all the organisers and volunteers.

The Rotary Club of Wareham wishes to thank the following additional organisations for their support and sponsorship in 2015.

Routes for all the family

In addition to the 108 mile Dorset Etape, there are 10, 22, 35, 44, 55, 70 and 81 mile routes. Click here for Routes details

So whether you want a family ride or a real challenge there is a ride for you whatever your level.

All routes are circular and mostly on country lanes and will be well sign posted with plenty of marshals to cheer you on and ensure you do not get lost.

The event is in primary aid of Cancer Research UK. All sponsorship sent to us and the majority of registration fee will go to Cancer Research UK. A small percentage (approximately 10%) of the registration fee will go to Rotary’s charities and good causes.

Everybody is welcome but it would be great if you could raise at least £100 in sponsorship for Cancer Research UK, or if you have another charity that is very important to you we will not prevent you raising sponsorship for them, please would like to know so we can monitor what is raised by the event.
